The companies that came for Final placements were dominated by FMCG & banking sector. IT was there, but not in a dominating position.
The softwares MOST used are Office only dude.....word, excel , PPt's and the works. U mite wanna use some specialized softwares like TORA or SPSS.....though u wouldn't be using them extensively here, knowledge of these softwares really does help a lot. TORA is mostly related to the Operations field though.
