There are 4 places where Nm provides flats as hostels.....i dunno whether there has been any addition/subtraction to that for you guys. There were the following 4 during our times:
1) Sai Suraj
By far the one housing the largest "contingent" of students. The entire building goes to the students. Its near Zaf fitness centre in 4 Bungalows (andheri west). Decent acco. No canteen. But dabba can be arranged for from G R Jani or some other source. Not very near to the college......late-risers need to wake up early as u mite get stuck up in the morning rush-hr. traffic if u r planning to attend a morn (9am) lecture....
2) Hemu Villa
Situated in Vile Parle (w) only.....a 10 min. auto ride from the college. Haven't ever been there....so can't comment on that. "Lovingly" called "Homo Villa" by us Apparently, earlier, it was the girls' hostel, before the current 7-star set-up came up for them. No canteen there too. There mite be chances of water-logging there as its in a low-lying area
3) Presidency
Near cooper Hospital. The only hostel which is almost equally close to the college as G R Jani. Good acco. Same issues as Homo Villa & Sai Suraj
4) Santa Cruz
By far, the farthest flat. Area is kinda OK.....water logging a VERY HIGH probability. Decent acco. Doesn't house too many people as number of flats are less.
Guys being provided flats need to know that there should be a washing machine, bathrooms & beds & a kitchen & Cable-connected TV provided in each flat / floor.
U guys would be provided bed numbers, apart from flat nos. G R Jani guys would be provided only room nos.....ppl who come first to the hostel can choose whichever bed they want in their respective room, depending on their availability.
In flats, the lucky ones would get a bed in a room (2 to a room)....the others would have to make do staying in the hall. Hall has the TV etc., so more disturbance & lesser privacy. But being bigger, they are a lot airier too.

Out of all options mentioned here Sai Suraj is now the only one that exists now. Fortunately, it was also the best. If any other, new ones, have been added, I haven't got the news.
Hemu Villa has been converted into a Girl's Hostel.
