1) Enrolment starts in oct-nov., if i ain't wrong......application forms wold be put up during that time. anybody can appl. If u know french (for the french uni. tie-ups), u have an edge over others....but not a necessity. U need to have money too....as only the tuition fees is waivered for us....remaining everything u have to pay for yourself...and Europe is certainly not a cheap place to live in.
2)The trimester tht u need to spend outside is the 3rd trimester (jan-apr).
